| Dodger's Sad Story | Injured by a Vehicle |
|
DODGER was left to die, but, thanks to the keen eye of Rommey Kay of Dog House Inn, his life was saved. Hit by a car, he had to have been on the side of the road for 2 - 3 days, surviving by eating dirty grass and water from the rain. DODGER has been at Dog House Inn for several months. His pelvic bone is broken in five places. Hopefully, he might heal without surgery. |

He has come along way since the early days, thanks to Rommey Kay. He was extremely thin and also anemic, and was placed on a raw food diet. He eats 40 pounds of meat, combined with fresh vegetables, cottage cheese, yogurt and eggs, a month. His diet is very costly, but necessary to aid in his healing process. If you would like to contribute towards Dodger's costs, please send your donations to ACGSR Inc., P.O. Box 904, Hollister, CA 95024. |
